To train efficiently, the players will be separated into groups of 5-6 players. We'll organize the players in groups depending on their skill level: advanced, intermediate, or beginners.

In this basketball camp, the participants train to reach higher levels in their gameplay. The basketball workouts are designed with different levels of difficulty for each group, focusing on:

improve strength and speed
build balance and coordination
agility and jumping
footwork and hand alignment on the ball
passing, dribbling, shooting
