To train the participants efficiently, we divide them into groups according to their basketball skill level. This way, we ensure development for advanced, intermediate, and beginner players as well.

This basketball camp is for those players who want to take their basketball jumping skills to the next level by focusing on aspects such as:

Training exercises for jumping
Improving vertical jumps
Working on muscle strength and motor planning required for jumping
Gaining knowledge and confidence
